Naturally though, during the hot months of summer we crave salads. This is because our bodies are craving ‘cooling’ foods such as fresh greens, and fruits like watermelon & cantaloupe. Plus, I love any excuse to bring out my big bamboo salad bowl. Don’t worry though, we slather on plenty of homemade rich dressings on those salads!
