- After you’ve divided dinner’s leftovers into tomorrow’s lunch containers, save any extra chicken for tomorrow’s dinner.
- Save the bones from tonight’s dinner.
- While dinner’s cooking, start your homemade broth from Sunday night’s bones.

I really really want to eat better.
I have a couple problems. I am not a fish eater. I just can’t stomach it. Any suggestions?
Also, I’m allergic to peanut butter. Like anaphylaxis allergic. I know this is just a sample menu, but I’m LOVING it except for those couple of things.
I would love some suggestions.

I was wondering what kind of noodles you use for your tuna casserole? My kids love it…but I can’t find good noodles to work with. Love your blog!!

I sometimes use whole-wheat pasta, brown rice or quinoa(corn-free) pasta. Other times I like to make my own(recipe coming soon), it just depends on the day!
