DaNelle started to take an interest in a healthier lifestyle after suffering from two debilitating chronic diseases. On a mission to create a farm of her own, DaNelle forced, or rather 'lovingly persuaded' her husband to purchase a ranch home on an acre of land and transform it into their very own urban farm. DaNelle blogs at Weed 'em & Reap where she writes about the sustainable backyard farming, traditional food, & natural remedies.

I have a cow that loves her own milk too. She can’t reach her own udder, but she goes crazy for it after being milked if I walk by her nose with it. Gave her a little one day and she slurped the lot.

This whole post made me laugh out loud. I seriously can’t wait until we can have a house with a big enough yard for a garden and animals!!!
